Every LunaPaw order is covered for a full 30 days. If the product doesn't solve the problem it promises, email us and we refund every cent. No forms, no hassle.
What the guarantee promises
Each product makes one specific promise, and the guarantee holds it to it:
- De-Shed Glove and Complete De-Shed Kit — noticeably less fur on your couch, car, and clothes after a month of real use. If not: refunded.
- 1-Click Magic Comb — visibly less loose hair around your home, with no bristle-picking cleanup. If not: refunded.
What makes it different
Most return windows require the product unused, in original packaging, with tags. Ours is the opposite: used products are the point. Groom your pet with it, sweep the couch with it, run it through real shedding weeks and at least one bath day. If it didn't earn its place in your drawer, you get your money back.
How to claim it
- Email support@lunapawstore.com from the address you ordered with, any time within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us it didn't work for your home. One sentence is enough — we may ask what went wrong, only because it helps us improve.
- We refund the full purchase price. That's it.

- The 30 days start when your order is delivered, not when you order.
- It covers every product and every bundle, on every order.
- There are no restocking fees and no forms.
- Used products are fine — the whole point is that you actually tried it.
- If you're in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to this guarantee, not instead of it.
