How long does delivery take?

Honest answer: 7–12 business days to most EU addresses, tracked. We'd rather tell you the real number than surprise you on day nine.

Where do you ship?

Across the EU, plus the UK and Switzerland. Prices are in EUR; taxes are included at checkout.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How does it actually work?

Which one should I start with?

If fur on furniture is the problem, the Complete De-Shed Kit covers the full loop — undercoat, topcoat, and couch — for less than two of the tools bought separately. If you want to test the waters, the 1-Click Magic Comb is the low-risk first step.

Do the grooming tools work on cats?

Yes. The glove reads as petting, not grooming — most cats hold still for it. The comb's rounded tips are gentle on skin; start with short sessions along the back.

Short-haired or long-haired pets?

Both. The glove's dense grip surface catches the fine, short fur flat brushes slide over; the comb shines on medium, long, and double coats.

What size Calm Cloud bed do I pick?

Snug is the goal — pets calm best when the bed hugs them. S for cats and small dogs, M–L for most dogs, XL–XXL for large breeds. Full chart on the product page.

How do I clean them?

Glove: peel the fur off in one layer, done. Comb: one click ejects the hair. Calm Cloud: the whole bed goes in the machine on a cold cycle, air dry, fluffs back.
